These Terms & Conditions govern your use of marivellelifemeasures.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by Perris Provo LLC, 826 Expressway Lane PMB441, Spanish Fork, UT 84660. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility
Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment method you use belongs to you or is used with the account holder’s permission.
2. What we sell
Marivelle Life Measures sells sixteen products across three categories: tools for routine outer-ear hygiene, passive hearing protection, and sets that gather them. Nothing here is ingested, nothing is electronic, and no product is a diagnostic product, a test, or a medical device, nor is any of them sold as one.
This product is intended for routine outer-ear hygiene and comfort only. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any hearing or ear condition, and it should not be used on an ear that is painful, draining or infected.
This product is passive hearing protection. It reduces the sound level reaching your ear; it does not eliminate risk from very loud or prolonged noise, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any hearing or ear condition.
If you have ear pain, drainage, sudden changes in hearing, a perforated eardrum, or ear tubes, speak with a licensed clinician before using any product on this site.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are stated in United States dollars and apply to the single size described on the product page. The price shown on a product page is the price charged at checkout. We do not display comparison or reference prices, and we do not apply automatic discounts. Prices may change over time, but the price in effect when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.
The complete price list for all sixteen products, matching the prices charged at checkout exactly, is set out in the table below.
Where state or local sales tax applies, it is calculated from your shipping address and shown in the order summary before you authorize the charge. The total displayed on the checkout page is the total amount charged — no fee is added afterward.
4. Billing descriptor
Charges will appear on your card statement as MarivelleLifeMeasures..
If you do not recognize a charge on your statement, please contact us at 866-476-4243 or support@marivellelifemeasures.com before disputing it with your bank. We can identify the order and resolve it faster than a chargeback can.
5. Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All orders are straight, one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, auto-enrollment, or recurring billing of any kind. Your card is charged once, at the time you place the order, for the total shown on the checkout page. There is no membership, no trial, no auto-renewal, and no stored future billing.
By ticking the agreement box at checkout you authorize Perris Provo LLC to charge your card the single total displayed at that moment, including any applicable sales tax.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders. Free Shipping applies to every order with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched from 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630 within one business day and generally deliver in two to five business days. Full detail is on the Shipping Policy page.
7. Refunds and returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is received to request a return. Items must be unopened and in original condition, and refunds are issued to the original payment method. Because these are ingestible and personal-care products, opened bottles and used kit components cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons. The complete procedure is on the Refund Policy page.
8. Product descriptions
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including contents, quantities, materials, and measurements. Screen colors vary between displays, and packaging artwork may be updated between production runs. Variation of that kind is not a defect, though it is covered by the standard refund window if you are not satisfied.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product pages describe routine comfort and hygiene use only, and the cautions printed on each product page are part of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use this site for lawful personal shopping. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, or resell our products as your own without a written agreement with us.
10. Privacy
Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Perris Provo LLC in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
