Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own use. The only outside companies that touch your data are the service providers who make an order physically possible — a payment processor, a shipping carrier, and our email provider — and they may use it only to perform that task for us.

This policy explains what Perris Provo LLC, operating marivellelifemeasures.com, collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

  • Order information. Your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the items and sizes you ordered.
  • Payment information. Card details are entered on the checkout page and passed to our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on our systems.
  • Messages you send us. The content of emails, contact form submissions, and notes from phone calls with customer service, kept so we can follow up on your order.
  • Notification preferences. If you use the Subscribe page, the categories you selected and the email address or mobile number you gave for them.
  • Basic technical data. Standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not ask for and do not want health information. Please do not send us medical details about yourself or anyone else — a question about your ears belongs with a licensed clinician, not in our inbox.

What we use it for

  • Taking payment for an order and sending you a confirmation.
  • Packing, shipping, and tracking your parcel.
  • Handling returns, refunds, and customer service questions.
  • Sending only the notification categories you selected yourself.
  • Keeping records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Detecting and preventing fraud and abuse of the site.

Service providers

Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. To ship an order and take a payment we must pass the minimum necessary information to the providers who perform those functions for us: a payment processor to authorize your card, a shipping carrier to deliver the parcel, and an email or messaging provider to send the notifications you asked for. Each is permitted to use that information only to perform the service and not for any purpose of their own.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so — in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of people, including ourselves.

Text messages and email

Text messages are only sent to a mobile number you enter yourself, for the categories you tick yourself, and consent to text messages is never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. Email can be cancelled with the unsubscribe link in any message, by writing to support@marivellelifemeasures.com, or by calling 866-476-4243. Order confirmations, shipping notices, and refund notices are transactional and are sent regardless of marketing preferences, because they are part of the order.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to work. Your cart and your wishlist are stored in your own browser’s local storage rather than on our servers, which is why they survive a page refresh and why clearing your browser data clears them. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Customer service correspondence is kept while it is useful for your account and then deleted. Notification preferences are kept until you change or cancel them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and payment details are transmitted directly to our processor. No system is perfect, so please help us by using a strong, unique password on your email account and by never sending card details or security codes by email. Customer service will never ask you for them.

Your choices

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
  • Change or cancel any notification preference at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase from this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried in a redline.
