Headband for sleep
Centre the hollowed panels around your ears, band low at the back, and lie on it directly. Nothing goes in the canal.

Filtered plugs before it gets loud
In before the support act or before the saw starts. 17 dB for bars and rehearsal rooms, 23 dB for amplified concerts and power tools.

Foam when you want maximum quiet
Roll thin and crease-free, pull the ear up and outward, insert and hold for twenty to thirty seconds. Then bin it; foam is single use.

Wash the right things the right way
Band machine washes with the panels removed. Plug bodies wash in warm soapy water. The acoustic filters must stay dry.
Please keep in mind
- The headband reduces noise; it does not block it.
- All of these reduce sound level and none eliminates risk from very loud or prolonged noise.
